About me
Before moving to London, I was a professional company and freelance dancer in Europe. I now work as a physical coach, dance teacher and lecturer with a range of peoples and abilities.
During my career as a dancer I worked with companies such as the English National Ballet, Greek National Opera, Akram Khan Company and APOTOSOMA. I became interested in fitness training in response to the injuries I sustained throughout my career and wanted to learn how to protect and train the body.
I've been working as a PT for 5+ years now and enjoy working with the general public. I've also got much experience with junior athletes, predominantly dancers, and worked as an intern coach at the Royal Ballet School and currently work as a strength coach and laboratory technician in the Dance Science department at Trinity Laban, London.
As a coach, I have experience working with all ages and abilities and welcome different bodies and backgrounds. I will create a bespoke plan that is tailored to you and your needs. I also specialise in injury recovery, management and prevention having experience working through different types of muscle and joint injuries with clients.
